尊敬的客戶：

公平證券有限公司謹正式通知閣下：本公司決定，將於2025年6月30日終止提供證券交易業務。為最好地保障您的權益，順利完成終止業務事宜，我們將作出以下安排：

只接受沽出證券指示

· 不接受新客戶

· 不接受資金存入(還款除外)

· 不接受股票存入

· 不接受新的IPO申請

· 不接受買盤指示

而由即日開始至2025年6月30日或之前，您必須：

行動	細節
提取所有資金結餘 (扣除利息、欠款後，如適用)	請在交易系統中發出「出金」指示，或填寫我們的現金提取表格，收到指示後，本公司會直接存入您的指定銀行帳戶。
提取所有實體證券	我們會從您的帳戶收取提取費用以及港交所的費用。收取款項後，我們會通知您親身到我們的營業地點領取您的證券。
轉出證券持倉	您可以通過填寫我們的股票提取表格來發出 SI提取指令轉至另一家證券行的帳戶。本公司和香港交易所收取的股票提取費用將被免除，但您必須支付接收經紀商收取的費用。

對於2025年6月30日後未被領取或轉出的客戶資金或證券，本公司將根據《受託人條例》存放於香港法院。屆時，客戶需要自行向法庭申請及付款，以領回自己的資產。

Gong Ping Securities Limited - Notice of Cessation of Business

Dear Valued Clients,

Gongping Securities Limited hereby formally notifies you that the company will cease securities trading services on 30 June 2025. To safeguard your interests and ensure a smooth transition, we have implemented the following arrangements:

“Sell” orders accepted only

· No new clients accepted

· No fund deposit (saved for repayment)

· No scrip deposit accepted

· No new IPO application

· No “purchase” order accepted

From now until June 30, 2025, you must:

Action	Details
Withdraw All Cash Balances (after deducting interest and outstanding debts, if applicable)	Please submit a cash withdrawal request via the trading system or complete our cash withdrawal form. Funds will be transferred directly to your designated bank account upon receiving your withdrawal order
Withdraw All Physical Securities	A withdrawal fee and HKEX charges will be applicable. After deducting the fee and charges from your account, you will be notified to attend our office to collect your physical securities script(s) at our office.
Transfer Securities Portfolios	Please place SI withdrawal instructions by filling our securities withdrawal form to transfer your securities portfolios from ours to another brokerage account. We will waive our withdrawal fees and also HKEX withdrawal fees, but fees charged by the receiving broker will be applicable.

Unclaimed funds or securities after June 30, 2025 will be deposited with the Hong Kong Court under the Trustee Ordinance. Clients will need to apply directly to the court and pay associated fees to reclaim their assets.
